FRENCH BULLDOG CLUB OF ENGLAND OPEN SHOW 21st JUNE 2009
KINGROCK RAIMUNDO (centre) winning reserve Best Dog.The judge is Ruth Castle .
KINGROCK RAIMUNDO winning a strong Junior Dog Class. Raimundo's mother, Inyawood Lili Marlene at Kingrock, won the Limit Bitch class at this show. Lili also won the Limit Bitch class at Three Counties Championship Show just 4 days earlier.
KINGROCK TAKEN AS RED (8 months) BEST PUPPY at his first show, shown winning the strong Minor Puppy class.
This is what the judge said in his critique ''Red/White of eight months and what a little cracker. He had a beautiful broad square head piece with the various properties equally balanced throughout. His muzzle was short, broad and deep through and although not yet finished, he had a lovely thrust and turn-up of underjaw and his nose sat comfortably back between his eyes. This youngster had clean well rounded cheeks and dark eyes that sat wide apart and low down in his skull. His neat rose-ears were small, thin and set on high and wide and used to advantage. I liked his wide square jaws, obvious chin, fine wrinkles and quality of lip. This boy was thick-set and although young he was suprisingly powerful and compact with a super shapely well covered frame. He was well-ribbed up behind; his roach was pleasing and his tail was set-on low. He had nice shoulders being clean, broad and well tacked-on. I liked his rear-quarters and well let-down hocks. He set-up and showed to perfection, moved his width in front while taking short quick steps and he just skimmed the ground lightly from behind. I was more than pleased to award him BEST PUPPY and he was a very strong contender for the RCC. A very nice younster with a bright future I'd say. Judge FRANK WILDMAN (Wildax).
